Divorce
If you have been separated for at least 12 months and are now ready to apply for a Divorce, please click the below button and you will be taken to our online interview that provides us with all the necessary information we will need to apply for the Divorce on your behalf, including confirming the legal fees and disbursements which will be involved. Once we have received your information we will be in contact to advise you in relation to the next steps. Please note that this is for the divorce only, being the formal dissolution of your marriage, and does not include any work that may be required to settle related issues such as finalising a property settlement or parenting orders.
