PRINCIPAL AND SENIOR LAWYER

Mark graduated from Monash University in 1984 with a Distinction in Contract Law. After completing his articles with a commercial law practitioner, Mark started his own practice in 1987 in Noble Park (where he grew up), before later moving his family and legal practice to Hallam.

Mark’s preferred areas of practice are Family Law, Business and Commercial Law, and Civil Litigation and he has practised extensively in these areas for over three decades. Mark is passionate about helping his clients achieve the best results and making the law accessible to everyone.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys weekends at Phillip Island, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

LAWYER

Melanie has worked in the legal industry for over 18 years, and after building a strong background in practical experience as a paralegal, she obtained her law degree and graduated with Honours from Deakin University.

Melanie practises in Wills and Estates including Estate disputes, Property Law & Conveyancing and Family Law. Melanie also conducts Commercial matters including business sales and purchases and lease matters.

Melanie enjoys finding innovations to improve the experience for our clients and make the practice run more smoothly.

In her spare time Melanie enjoys reading, spending time at the beach and catching up with friends.

LEGAL ASSISTANT AND RECEPTIONIST

Jemma started with us in 2017 initially as our full-time receptionist and legal secretary and has since progressed to assisting in the day to day running of conveyancing and probate files. Having had previous experience in a dedicated family law firm before joining Bramich Legal, Jemma has strong critical thinking and organisation skills.

Jemma assists clients with queries, booking appointments and providing updates on their matters, as well as assisting with preparation of correspondence and documents.

In her free time, Jemma enjoys reading, gaming and brunch with friends.
